In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

By accessing j33.cam, registering an Account, or using any service provided by j33, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as j33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and j33. If you are accessing the j33 Platform on behalf of any third party, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

To register and use j33's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. j33 strictly prohibits access to minors. Age verification documents will be requested before withdrawals are approved.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You must not hold any existing j33 account. Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on j33 or any affiliated platform.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be true, current, and complete. j33 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
• Not a j33 Employee: Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a Player account or participate in j33 promotions.

To access j33's full range of games and betting services, you must complete the registration process at j33.cam. Registration requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. j33 accounts can be accessed subsequently via the j33 Login portal at j33.cam/j33-login.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j33 Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. j33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify j33 support immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: j33 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC documents may include a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by j33 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

j33 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page of your j33 account.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. j33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect.
• j33 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• j33 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large deposits. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Deposits made in error may be reversed subject to j33's investigation. Contact j33 support within 24 hours of an erroneous deposit.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via your j33 account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawing funds associated with bonus credits.
• Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically completed within one business day.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account settings.
• Verification Delays: j33 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to five business days for security review or enhanced due diligence in exceptional circumstances.

j33 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all j33 bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your j33 account in PKR and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• j33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to wagering with low-risk strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts, or exploiting promotion mechanics — will result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash directly.

All casino games available on j33 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems operated by licensed studios. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing wagers.

j33's RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised international testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and randomness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published within each game's help section.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or data transmission issue that affects the outcome of a game round or bet settlement, j33 reserves the right to void all affected game rounds and return stakes to players. j33 shall not be liable for winnings arising from malfunctions or software errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j33 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and may face permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one j33 account simultaneously or at any time
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with j33 games or the j33 Login portal
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in j33's platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in card games, tournaments, or any other competitive format
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity including charge-backs, disputed transactions, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Attempting to launder money or use j33 for any financial crime
• Accessing j33 while subject to a self-exclusion order
• Using j33 for commercial purposes, including operating agent accounts or syndicates
• Attempting to access the j33 Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited

j33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Unresolved disputed payment transactions or charge-backs
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy applies)
• Voluntary account closure requested by the Player
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the Player or their authorised representative

In the event of account closure due to a Player's own violation of these Terms, j33 reserves the right to retain all funds in the account. In the case of voluntary closure or inactivity, any genuine PKR balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after due process, less any applicable dormancy fees disclosed in the account settings.

j33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among Pakistani players. The platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations and receive reality-check alerts at regular intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a voluntary break from j33 for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from j33 for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, j33 will attempt to block all marketing communications and prevent access to your account.
• Reality Checks: Receive pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net balance change at intervals you configure.

j33 enforces a strict minimum play age of 21 years. All content on the j33 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, trade marks, and the j33 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of j33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trade mark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j33 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any j33 content without prior written authorisation from j33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the j33 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

j33's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the j33 Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the claim.

j33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a j33 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

j33 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your personal and financial data. j33 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

j33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the j33 Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, unless changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of j33 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using j33 and may request account closure and withdrawal of your PKR balance.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which j33 holds its international gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any such dispute.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are encouraged to contact j33 customer support to seek an informal resolution. j33 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within twenty-one (21) business days.
